HUBUNGAN ANTARA LINGKUNGAN KERJA DENGAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN DI BENGKEL MAZDA TANGERANG

This research was conducted in Tangerang Mazda Workshop for four months, starting from March 2016 until with Jun 2016. The purpose of this study is to determine the Relationship Between Work Environment With Employee Productivity Workshop Mazda Tangerang. The method used is survey method with the correlational approach, the population in this study were all employees Shop Mazda Tangerang. The sampling technique used is to Random sampling as many as 53 people. The resulting regression line is Y = 41.304 + 0.427 X. Test normality test requirements analysis is the estimation error of regression of Y on X with the test Liliefors produce Lhitung = 0071, while Ltabel = 0.128. Because Lhitung Ftabel 4.05, this means that Ho refused and declared to have the sample mean regression. The correlation coefficient of Pearson product moment generating r xy = 0.061, then the correlation coefficient significance test was done by using the t test and the resulting t = 5.10 and table = 1.68. Thus, we can conclude that the correlation coefficient r xy = 0.601 is significant. The coefficient of determination obtained at 36.08%, which shows that 36.08% variable Work Productivity is determined by the Work Environment
