PERBEDAAN STRES KERJA BERDASARKAN SHIFT KERJA PAGI DAN SHIFT KERJA MALAM PADA KARYAWAN PT. FRISIAN FLAG INDONESIA

The Concentration Of The Faculty Of Economics. State University Of Jakarta. Juni 2016. This research aims to find out if there is a difference based on employee stress shift work morning shift night job at PT Frisian Flag Indonesia. This research was conducted for 3 months calculated from April until June 2016. The research method used was survey method with the korelasional approach. The population in this research is the production section of the employees of PT Frisian Flag Indonesia totaling 114 people and researchers took samples that used as many as 84 people by use of random proportional random sampling techniques. The instrument used to obtain data for the variable X (Shift work) and Y (Working Stress) was measured using a questionnaire using Likert scale. While the data analysis techniques used IE test requirements analysis (normality test and the test of its homogeneity) and hypothesis test (test-t). The results of the test of normality the stress of shift work employees showed that Lo = 0.064 and Lt = 0.137. While employee stress shift Lo = 0.044 and Lt = 0.137. Then, the second Gaussian stated data. Then on the test of its homogeneity, F count = 1.52 and F tables = 1.90. So that the data stated homogeny. On the calculation of test-t obtained t calculate = 3.692 larger table t = 2.00, with significance level 0.025 then the data is said to be significant. Thus it can be concluded that there is a difference of work stress on employees who get a morning shift employees who earn night shift. Key Words: Stress Work, Shift Work
