PENGARUH MINAT BELAJAR DAN PERCAYA DIRI TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATA PELAJARAN PENGANTAR EKONOMI ADMINISTRASI PERKANTORAN DI SMK WALISONGO JAKARTA SELATAN

Universitas Negeri Jakarta This study was conducted to investigate whether or not there is effect of students’ interest on learning outcomes, there is effect of students’ self confidence on learning outcomes, and there is effect among students’ interest and students’ self confidence on learning outcomes. The research method used is survey method by using correlational approach. . The sample of the research is the students of class X Administration Office at SMK Walisongo Jakarta as many as 105 people taken proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques used instruments in the form of questionnaires and documentation. The instrument is calibrated using grain validity and reliability coefficients. Grain validity was tested using Product Moment correlation, while instrument reliability coefficients were tested using Alpha Cronbach. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. To know whether or not the influence of each research variable is done by using the application program SPSS 21.0. The results showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between learning interest to confidence of 16.9%. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between the confidence to the learning result of 3.4%. (3) There is a significant influence between learning interest and confidence to learning result equal to 85,9%. The conclusion is that interest in learning and confidence together affect the results of learning. Keywords: interest of learning, confidence and learning outcom
