The research was conducted at Pegawai Direktorat Penataan Ruang Wilayah NasionalKementrian Pekerjaan Umum Jakarta, for three months from March 2014 until June 2014. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. Population in this research is Direktorat Penataan Ruang Wilayah Nasional., where as the possible populations who employees of Sub Direktorat (Subdit) Koordinasi Lintas Sektor dan Lintas Wilayah40 orangemployees amounting to 36 people. The technique which is used in gathering the sample was simple random sampling about 36 people. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = Ŷ = 28,87 + 0,60 X. Test requirements analysis of the normality test error of estimated regression of Y on X to produce Lcount liliefors test = 0,145, while the Ltable for n = 36 at 0,05 significant level is 0,146. Because the Lcount> Ltable then an error estimate of Y on X is normally distributed. Testing linearity of regression produces Fcount Ftable which is8,61>4,13, meaning that the regression equation is significant. Correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating rxy = 0,450, then performed the test significance correlation coefficient using the t test and the resulting tcount = 2,934 dan ttable = 1,69. It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = 2,934 is significant. The coefficient of determination obtained for 0,2021 which shows that 21,20% work stress is determined by the workload
