Mining.com has been report that in 2013 amid the coal and minerals prices are going down, we all know in September 2014 that coal prices reach below USD 80.00 per ton, and felt again in the range of US 67.00 per ton. Due to uncertainty market situation may continue into 2014 onwards, that is a risk which is inherent on any business as something need to be managed rather than avoided is the main platform enterprise activity which company would sustain for long term period. Decision makers need a technical strategy and systematic analysis tool to scanning the latest trend situation and condition of nature environment business both external and internal, then assessed it and fixed it.
