Students of Vocational High School 45 in West Jakarta. The study was conducted over four months from March to June 2012. The method used is survey method approach to correlation. The population in this study were all students of vocational high school 45. Population is the inaccessibility is students of marketing. Then, based on the determination of the sample table of Isaac and Michael amount of sample from a population with a sampling error of 5% is 62 employees. This sampling technique using simple random sampling technique. To capture the data variable X (Self-control) and variable Y (Academic Procrastination), is used questionnaire shaped instrument, which is distributed to the students of marketing tenth class after it tested the validity browse through the validation process is the calculation of the correlation coefficient score points with the total score and reliability testing with Cronbach Alpha formula. The results of the reliability of the variable X (Self-control) of 1,049 and reliability of the variable Y (Academic Procrastination) of 0.913 . Test requirements analysis is performed by finding that the regression equation was Y = 61,14 – 0.43X. Next is a test for normality of estimated regression error on X by using the test and earned Liliefors Lhitung = Ltabel in 0.0724 compared to the 0.05 level by 0.112. the Lo <Lt. This means that the error estimate of Y on X is normally distributed. While the linearity test result Fcalculated -1.41 <Ftable 1.82, this means that used linear regression models. Obtained regression test keberartian Fcalculted (14.23)> Ftable (4.00), this proves that the regression mean. Product moment correlation coefficient test produces rxy = -0.464. Then proceed to test the significance of the coefficient by using t test. The results obtained are tcount ( –4.057), whereas a Ttable on dk = n - 2 = 60-2 = 60 and the 0.05 level is 1.67, meaning tcount < Ttable. The calculation of the coefficient of determination yield rxy2 = -4642 = 02153. This shows that 21.53% variation in academic procrastination is determined by Control. Conclusions of this study is that there is a negative Correlation Between Self Control With the Academic Procrastination at Students of Vocational High School 45 in West Jakarta
