HUBUNGAN ANTARA INSENTIF DENGAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. MEDIA NUSANTARA CITRA (MNC) SKY VISION

RINI SUMARTINI. The Correlation Between Incentif With Work Productivity Employees at PT. Media Nusantara Citra (MNC) SKY VISION Scription, Jakarta : Study Program Of Commerce Education. Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This study aims to obtain data / facts right (Shahi, true, valid) and trustworthy (reliable) about how far the relationship between incentif to work with the work productivity of employees in PT. Media Nusantara Citara West Jakarta. The study was conducted over four months from Mei to July 2012. The method used is survey method approach to correlation. The study population was all employees of PT. Media Nusantara Citra totaling 120 employees. Study sample as many as 89 employees of the Up Selling, by using simple random sampling technique. To capture the data variable X (incentif), kuesioner shaped instrument used, the distribution to the employees of PT. Media Nusantara Citra (MNC) SKY VISION West Jakarta, after it tested the validity browse through the validation process is the calculation of the correlation coefficient score points with the total score and reliability testing with Cronbach Alpha formula. As for the variable Y (Employee Productivity) used secondary data from the data document Employee Productivity Assessment PT. Media Nusantara Citra (MNC) SKY VISION. Reliability of the results of the X variable (incentif) of 0,878. The analysis by finding regression equation that is Ŷ = 35,09 + 1,327 X. The analysis conditional test proved the validation on variabel Y to variabel X is Normal Distributed. It is proved by the calculation that n = 89 used Liliefors test at significant level ( ) = 0,05 that indicates Lcount (0,055) < Ltable (0,093 ). At the hypotesis test the significant and linier regression test are using Analysis of Variance table (ANAVA) it state that formula of regession significant. The result of the linier regression test indicates Fcount (1,00) < Ftable (1,70). It state the regression model is linier. The result of the sigificant regression test indicates Fcount (55,61) > Ftable (3,91). The coefficient of correlation counted by Product Moment Formula by pearson indicates rxy = 0,619 while the result of correlation coefecient significan test indicates tcount = (15,07) > ttable = (1,67) because the result shows tcount > ttable the research indicates there is a significant correlation between the incentif with work productivity employees. The counted of Determination coefficient tes indicates 38,3% the variance of variabel Y is Determination by variabel X.
