HUBUNGAN ANTARA PERILAKU KEWARGAAN ORGANISASI (ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR) DENGAN PRODUKTIVITAS PADA KARYAWAN PT PENERBIT ERLANGGA JAKARTA

Correlation Between Organizational Citizenship Behavior With Productivity of Employee at PT Penerbit Erlangga Jakarta, Script, Jakarta: Concentration Education Office Administration, Economics of Education Studies Program, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, July 2015. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between organizational citizenship behavior toward productivity at PT Penerbit Erlangga Jakarta. This study was conducted over 3 months from May to July 2015. The method used was survey method with the correlational approach. The study population was all employees at PT Penerbit Erlangga which are 50 employees. Jakarta, with accesisble population are 50 employees in production division at A factory. The sample used by 44 employees by using simple random sampling technique. For the second data capture research variables, instrument used for variable X (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) in form of a questionnaire and Variable Y (Productivity) is data taken from the company. Data analysis techniques in this study starts by looking for a simple regression equation and the regression equation Y = 18,585 + 0.218X while testing requirements analysis that estimates the error normality test regression of Y on X with the test Liliefors obtained L hitung (0,086) F (4,07) which states regression means. Linearity test regression produces F (0,56)
