The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know the Correlation Between Non Material Insentives Giving with Employee Productivity. This research have been done for a month since December until January 2012. The population research was all of employees PT PLN (Persero) Jakarta Raya and Tangerang Distribution with total 135 employees, with 100 employees for sampling. Variable data Y (Employee Productivity) is secunder data from the Employee Productivity Appraisal.
