HUBUNGAN ANTARA KOMUNIKASI EFEKTIF DENGAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PADA KARYAWAN PT MOLAX INTERNASIONAL, JAKARTA

ABSTRACT RISKA UTAMI. Correlation Between Effective Communication And Employee Work Productivity At Pt Molax Internasional, Jakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta : Study Program Of Economic Education, Major Concentration In Office Administration Education, Departement Of Economic And Administration, Faculty Of Economic, State University Of Jakarta, 2012. The purpose of this research is to get a valid and realiable data or fact, to know the correlation between effective communication and employee work productivity at PT Molax Internasional, Jakarta. This research have been during a months on July 2012. The research method using survey method with correlation approach. The populations research were all of employees at PT Molax Internasional, as many as 107 employees, while the reach of populations were employees in divison production with total 40 employees to 36 employees as sample. Samples were taken using simple random sampling. Variable Y (work productivity) used secondary data obtained from the divison production PT Molax Internasional. While the variable data X (effective communication), used an instrument with a Likert Scale. Before the instrument variable X is used, tested the construct validity through a validation process is the calculation of the correlation coefficient score points with the total score and reliability testing with Cronbach Alpha formula. Results of reliability point X variable (effective communication) of 0.948. This proves that the variable X has a high reliability. The analysis test by finding regression equation obtained was Y= 713,71 + 0,926 X. And then, normality data test using Lilliefors Formula and the result is L count = 0,111 in significance level 0,05 and L table = 0,147, so L . It mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. The result of regression significance test is F count count (12,07) > F (4,13). Shows that the regression is significance. Regression linearity test, F (2,21) t table = 1,70, and so t . It means that the research is significance and positive correlations between effective communication and work productivity. Next, the result of determination coefficient is 0,2620. It means that employees work productivity variable determination by 26,20% variation of effective communication. The conclusion, there is a positive correlations between effective communication and employees work productivity at PT Molax Internasional, Jakarta
