HUBUNGAN ANTARA EFEKTIVITAS KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR PELAJARAN SURAT MENYURAT INDONESIA PADA SISWA SMK PELITA TIGA JAKARTA

ABSTRACT ADE AMELIA OCTAVIA SIREGAR. Correlation between Interpersonal Communication Effectiveness with Results Learn the Lesson Indonesian Students AT SMK PELITA TIGA JAKARTA. Thesis, Jakarta: concentration of Education Administration offices, Economic education courses, the Department of Economics and administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, in 2012. Research is aimed to know whether there is the relationship between the effectiveness of interpersonal communication with the results of the study the students at SMK Pelita Tiga Rawamangun, East of Jakarta. The study is done for two months effective as June until July 2012. A method of research that we use is a method of surveying with the approach of correlational. The population of this research is all the students at SMK Pelita Tiga Rawamangun, East of Jakarta, east jakarta 215 people, as much as and population of this research is affordable students at SMK Pelita Tiga Rawamangun, East of Jakarta 50 people. Samples used 44 students with uses the technique random simple ( simple random sampling ). The second variable to trawl data, research instrument used for variable X (Interpersonal Communication Effectiveness) is variable and Y-shaped kuisioner (Learning Outcomes) are the subjects of students. Test persyarataan analysis is done by searching for the regression equation in the can is 14,55 + 0,663X. Normality tests produce results Lhitung = 0,114 Lilliefors while Ltabel for n = 44 on significance level 0.05 is 0,133. Because Lhitung & lt; Ltabel then the variables X and Y berdistribusi normal. The testing of hypotheses by test keberartian regression produce fhitung ( 15,93 ) > gt ftabel; ( 4.07 ) means the regression equation is the significant. Test kelinieran regression produce fhitung 0,62 ( it ) < ftabel; ( 2,10 ) so conclude that the regression equation is linear. Correlation coefficient test Product Moment produce rxy = 0,544. The next test was conducted using the correlation coefficient keberartian test-t, yielding thitung (3,99) & amp; gt; tabel (1.68). Results of the study concluded that there is a positive relationship between the effectiveness of interpersonal communication with learning outcomes. With the determination of the coefficient of the deciding test or results obtained 27,50% variable learning results (Y) is determined by sthe effectiveness of interpersonal communication. (X)
