HUBUNGAN ANTARA KETERIKATAN PADA PEKERJAAN DENGAN PERILAKU KEANGGOTAAN ORGANISASI PADA KARYAWAN PT. MITRA GUSNITA NANDA JAKARTA

ABSTRACT LIA APRIYANA. The correlation between job embeddedness with organizational citzenship behavior on employee PT. Mitra gusnita nanda Jakarta, Script, Jakarta : Study Program of Economic Education, Concentration of Office Administration Education, Economics and Administration Department, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2012. The purpose of this research is to know the correlation between job embeddedness with organizational citzenship behavior on employee PT. Mitra Gusnita Nanda Jakarta. This research have been done for 3 months since Oktober 2011 until Desember 2011. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach. The populations of this research is all of employee in PT. Mitra Gusnita Nanda Jakarta, which is 120 person and the sample is 89 person with 5% wrong ability. Technic for getting sample is simple random proportional. For getting the data of variaele data X and Y was used likert sacle. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Y = 95,30 + 0,109X. After that data normality test is done by using lilliefors formula and the result was L = 0,082 in significant level 0,05 and L table = 0,094, so L count F table (3,95). It shows it had significance regression. While regression linearity test, F table count (1,54)< F (1,76), showing that regression was linear. The result of product moment of correlations coefficient test was r = 0,222 continued by using correlations coefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result was, t xy count = 2,12 while t = 1,987 and so, t count > t It means that there were significance and positive correlations between employee perception about work environment with job satisfaction. Beside that, the result of determination coefficient test was 4,91%, it means that employee organizational citizenship behavior variable determined by 4,91% employee job embeddedness variable. The conclusion of the research has shown that there was a positive correlations between job embeddedness with organizational citzenship behavior on employee PT. Mitra Gusnita Nanda Jakart
