HUBUNGAN ANTARA PARTISIPASI KERJA (JOB PARTICIPATION) DENGAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PADA KARYAWAN PT MARKETAMA INDAH DI JAKARTA

ABSTRACT ABDUL MUIZ. Correlation Between Job Participation With Job Productivity in employees on PT Marketama Indah Jakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta: Concentration of Office Administration Study Program of Economics Education, Department Economics Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, 2011. The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know more the correlation between Job Participation with Job Productivity of employee’s at PT Marketama Indah Jakarta. The research healed at PT Marketama Indah Jakarta for two months since Juny 2011 until July 2011. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach, and the data is got from instrument to employee at PT Marketama Indah Jakarta. The population research was all of employees with total 560 employees, with 75 employees for sampling and used proportional random sampling. Collecting X variable data (Job Participation) using questioner liker scale model, and the Y (work productivity) variable data where collected from draft point work productivity of employees PT Marketama Indah Jakarta. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Y=35,73 + 0,425X. After that data normally test by using Liliefors formula and the result is L = 0,036 in significant level 0,05 and L table = 0,102, so L count < L . It mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and the result is F table count count (26,98) > F (3,98). Showing that, it has significance regression. While regression linearity test, F (1,10) < F (1,73), showing that regression is linear. The result of product moment of correlation coefficient tes, is r table = 0,520 continued by using correlations coefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result, t xy count = 6,62 while t = 1,66 and so, t count > t . It means that there are significance and positive correlations between Job Participation with Work Productivity. Besides that, the result of determination coefficient test is 26,99%, it means that Work Productivity variable determined by 26,99 Job Participation variable. The conclusion of the research have shown that there is a positive correlation between Job Participation with Work Productivity of employee’s at PT Marketama Indah Jakarta
