ANALISIS DISIPLIN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN DI PT ELANG PERDANA TYRE INDUSTRY

This paper aims to find out how to work discipline on employees at PT Elang Perdana Tyre Industry. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis and the data collection method through literature. The survey results revealed the discipline of work on employees unrealized well and there is little awareness in doing work discipline rules set. Lack of disciplinary or punishment awarded will multiply the employee who violates the rules set. Keywords: Work Disciplin
