Stress-related disorders have increased in Sweden and the time for sick leave are very long. The aim of this pilot study with twenty-nine participants was to evaluate transdiagnostic group treatment for a mixed sample of patient in primary care with diagnosis like anxiety, depression and stress-related disorders. Data collection was done at three points, before and after and at follow up one month later. Participant ́s sick leave decreased significantly from before to after treatment. In addition fatigue syndrome and anxiety were significantly improved after treatment. At follow up outcome measures improved significantly compared to baseline i.e depression, fa-tigue syndrome, anxiety and quality of life, for twenty-four completers. The stud...
