Abstract: Algorithm for the numerical solution of the Vlasov-Landau kinetic equation in 1D2V geometry is suggested. The nonlinear collision operator is computed on the base of the completely conservative difference scheme. Self consistent electrical field is computed from the condition of quasi neutrality at each time step.
