The present investigation was carried out in the Division of Pomology, Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences & Technology of Kashmir during 2006 & 2007. To study the physico-chemical changes during growth and development of two kiwifruit cultivars Allison and Hayward, the fruits were collected at 15 days interval from 30 to 195 days after full bloom (DAFB) and the first sampling commenced one month after 80% full bloom. On the basis of fruit size and weight a double sigmoid growth curve was observed in cv. Hayward and Allison.
