La obtención de un modelo que reproduzca fielmente las características eléctricas y térmicas de un panel solar, facilita el diseño de los sistemas electrónicos asociados a los arreglos fotovoltáicos. Es por ello que en este trabajo se propone la utilización de algoritmos genéticos para la extracción de los parámetros característicos del denominado modelo de un diodo de un panel solar.
