International audienceDiscovered in 2006, a collective burial, located at 200 m, north of the site Collet-Redon, in la Couronne, was excavated during two campaigns in 2014 and 2015. Located in the small valley called “the Chappats”, the tomb is installed in a pit with architectural features. Two sepulchral levels were identified. The first, probably composed of primary deposits, was partially removed. The second is consisted of an articulated individual and many commingled remains close to one of the wall. At least, 11 subjects (adults and immatures) are necessary to explain the composition of the osteological series. Only 7 beads made in limestone were associated with the human remains.
