The paradigm of complexity applied to being teachers today requires focusing on the connection training-professionalism-teaching/learning practices in which in-service training must head towards empirical and collaborative methodologies within a vast system of institutional agreements and an attention to an "initial training-in-service training" continuity. In that continuity the tutors of the degree course in Primary Teaching Education can emerge as innovative agents at school, provided to capture the constitutive processes of their professional identity and considering adequate professional development opportunities in the forms of collaborative research.
