This project is about structural data analysis on musical scores. From a structural point of view, a score is a data object in which multi-dimensional internal relations participate in abstract musical design. The purpose of a structural analysis is to describe aspects of the shape of a score. Treating the score initially as a low-dimensional, discrete Cartesian system, we build higher-dimensional structure, increasing the quantity and dimensionality of available information about the internal relations within the score.
