In the present work we focus the attention on the utterance introduced by the Spanish illative conjunction así que (Rodríguez Ramalle 2010, 2013, 2014a, 2014b, 2015, 2016). First, we describe the evidential meaning integrating the notion of mediativity (Lazard 1999, 2001) with the notion of intersubjectivity (Nuyts 2001a, 2001b, 2006, 2012). Second, we justify the appearance of these evidential meaning by introducing the hypothesis of a procedural polyphonic instruction (Ducrot 1980, 1984).
