Abstract:An evaluation of twenty patients was made during a period of thirty six months. The treatment, the observation and the evaluation of the patients have taken place in the private office of dentistry “Dent Estet” located in Shtip, Republic of Macedonia. All of the patients of this study were treated with the same system of dental implants and the results of the treatment were much similar among different patients. One of the clinical cases analyzed in details is a 30 years old male patient with missing second premolar, first and second molar on the left side of the mandible.
