Problems of the qualification of teachers of secondary schools in the Central Bohemian Region in the context of school management

This thesis is aimed at secondary schools in the Central Bohemia region and deals with the problems of the qualification of teaching staff, which is legislatively defined in Act 563/2004 Coll., on pedagogical workers. In connection with the termination of the transitional period and the expiry date of this law, the exceptions area 31. 12. 2014, when they could be employed even unskilled youth workers. Defines the requirements for teaching staff, particularly at the professional qualifications of teachers of secondary schools in the central region, except for the educators in the classroom or school set up for pupils with special educational needs. It deals with the term qualification from the perspective of law and the competence of the worker. Defines the requirements of competence issues with implications on the management of the school. Maps the phenomenon applying the exception provided for by law, and the frequency of this phenomenon. In conclusion, it evaluates and analyzes the status and level of competence of teachers working in secondary schools the Central Bohemia region
