This bachelor thesis deals with the use of marketing communication tools in the services market. The main objective is to propose a suggestion on better communication mix in a company named Maximus Resort. Other objective is to analyze general knowledge about the company and also about the attendance and create suggestions which will lead to increasing the knowledge about company. A questionnaire survey was used to collect the information through social networks and its results were analyzed and evaluated
