Special length sensors

This bachelor thesis contains a theoretical description of selected length sensors with emphasis on inductive and optical sensors. The main benefit of this thesis is the design and realization of a special inductive sensor with a small pressure force and an optical sensor with a resolution of 2.5 nanometers. In the thesis are analyzed the selected metrological properties of the designed sensors and the formulation of recommendations for their practical use
