This bachelor thesis is aimed on kinematic analysis of the race car suspension. In the first part of the thesis geometry parameters of suspension and their influence on driving behavior are explained. Additionally measuring methods of suspension geometry and their use in real life applications are described. Then kinematic points of the race car Peugeot 208 R2 are found and measured using 3D optical method. For better evaluation of measured data virtual model of each axle is created in Adams Car simulation software. After that kinematic analysis is performed. This analysis describes change of parameters in car suspension depending on wheel trajectory. As a conclusion results of the analysis are discussed. Moreover new methodology for better...
