This work is focused on the problems of spectral analysis of flutes stops in organ pipes. The first part of this work is about terminology of organ pipes. This theoretical part is also focused on the problem of harmonic analysis with the use of mathematical signal processing methods, which allows this analysis. The second part of this work deals with measuring methods of specific organs and acquiring sound samples and their evaluation and spectrum description
