Verification of the logistic concept of inventory management

The content of this bachelor thesis is a search analysis of selected logistics concepts of inventory management and the creation of a simulation model of the logistic circuit within the intra-company transport. Part of the research section is an explanation of basic logistic concepts, an evaluation of individual inventory management concepts and a description of how to optimize them. The simulation model is created in Siemens Plant Simulation software.
