Using microchip MEMS sensors in practice

This bachelor thesis is focused on MEMS sensors and their use in practice. The first part focuses on history, utilization at present, the principle of operation and comparison of the individual types of MEMS sensors. The second part focuses on description of microcontroller, its structure and possibilities of its use. In the third part there are described external serial buses, which serve as connection of microcontroller and other hardware e.g. digital sensor. In the last part of this thesis there is described chosen microcontroller, sensors and demonstration of their functionality
