The thesis is focuses on process management of the contracts in G.W. mont, s.r.o., which operates in the field of supply of technological pipes systems. This thesis contains three main parts. The first part is a presentation of the theoretical knowledges, compiled by using of credible sources. The next part is ananalysis of the current state.
