Polyfunctional house at Brno Spitalka, Urbanistic-architectonic study

The parcel is situated in Trnita, city part Brno-center. Today this part of town is not stabilized, full of former industrial buildings and not suitable for pedestrians. The City Masterplan has this area to be transformed. Design of this project is based on previous semestral work where was planned new buildings for mixed use, preferably residential.
