This bachelor thesis aims to describe various types of attachment of clinical and non- clinical population and compare them with recent coping strategies. The statistical sample consists of 111 respondents aged between 20 and 64 years. This sample is further divided into a clinical group (respondents suffering from addiction) and a non-clinical group. ECR-CZ questionnaire was used in order to inspect the particular type of attachment. Concerning stress situations coping strategies, we used SVF-78 questionnaire. The results have shown that there occur differences between the types of attachment of clinical group and non-clinical group.
