Chov české slepice

The main purpose of the bachelor thesis was to collect information about breeding of Czech Hen and the importance of the genetic resources. The history of the breed was described. Another part of the bachelor thesis was the description of the colour strains of the Czech Hen, other similar breeds, the current state, the utility and the principles of breeding. Possible perspectives in breeding of the Czech Hen, its use in creation of laying type of hybrids and possibility of use in organic breeding are suggested at the end of the thesis
