This bachelor thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. Theoretical section inquires into natural theme of graphic art structures and layers in representative artists of the second half of the 20th century in Bohemia and is mostly devoted to life and graphic works of Jiří John. It also represents major graphic art styles and its specifics including important historical milestones and findings from the position of bohemian graphic art at that time. The output of practical part is a set of graphic lists created by drypoint technique on the theme of natural motifs of structures and layers influenced by selected inspirational sources
