This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of greenhouse gas emissions from winter wheat growing in selected farms with varying intensity of farming. The thesis compares the cultivation technology of the organic farming system with the cultivation technology of the conventional farming system in its intensive and extensive form. The SimaPro software program, which uses the Ecoinvent database, was used to calculate the amount of greenhouse gases produced as CO2 equivalent.
