This Bachelor thesis is focused on monitoring the yield parameters of selected energy plants (Elymus elonganus, Phalaris arundinacea L., Miscanthus × giganteus). First part of the work was performed at the experimental site of the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, where long-term experiments were carried out to look at the yields of these plants. I was observing the yield of crops grown for the purpose of incineration, which are harvested once a year before the beginning of the growing season. Research has shown that on a 4-year average the most profitable species is Miscanthus × giganteus.
