Preparing of company for recertification according to the norm ISO 9001:2015

My diploma thesis is focused on quality management system according to ISO standards. The aim of my diploma thesis is to evaluate current quality management system in selected organization and to suggest steps needed for recertification according to ISO 9001:2015. The work is divided into two parts theoretical and practical. In theoretical part, there are defined basic terms such as: quality, history of quality, principles, concept of quality management, ISO standard 9001:2008 and ISO standard 9001:2015. In practical part, there is description of the organization and evaluation of current quality management system, that the organization already has certified according to ISO standard 9001:2008. The work is also dealing with the steps that are needed in order to recertify the organization according to ISO standard 9001:2015
