Obsahem předkládané práce je srovnání metod kvantitativní analýzy využívaných ve spektroskopii laserem buzeného plazmatu (LIBS). Nejdříve je vysvětlen princip LIBSu, následně je provedena rešerše nejčastěji užívaných metod kvantitativní analýzy s jejich popisem umožňujícím pochopení a případné použití v praxi.
