Background: Due to the importance of university management, special attention to the managers' personality characteristics and providing suitable solutions in this area are necessary. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between personality characteristics and participatory decision-making, and performance of educational managers of Kerman University of Medical Sciences. Methods: In this cross-sectional descriptive-analytical study, all managers of Kerman University of Medical Sciences were enrolled.
