This thesis reports the preliminary development of the Sport Injury-Related Growth Inventory (SIRGI), a questionnaire aiming to assess the psychological growth experienced by athletes following the return from a sport injury. [...]. Overall, the findings from the present project support the validity of the SIRGI-24 for the assessment of sport injury-related growth among a heterogeneous population of injured athletes.
