学校環境と生徒の適応の関係性 : 「自主性重視」の高校で問題を生じた一女生徒の事例をめぐって

The present paper is a case study of a female high school student. This study examined the process by which the student faced with her psychological difficulties of adjusting to the "liberated" school atmosphere and also inquired how the school environment had affected her psychological problems. The retrospective interview with this student was used as the method. Describing the inner "psychological reality" and the outer world of the "school culture", the author also examined the interaction between her problems and the school environment. In a conclusive discussion, the nature of the "liberated" school atmosphere was investigated from broader perspective
