<個人論文>私立高等学校行政における担当部局の変化

This paper aims to analyze and explain two points; One point is the reason that local government transfers the department of the private high school policy between the education office department (EOD) and govemor department. The second point is the difference in roles play in the private high school policy between the EOD and governor department.// To analyze those points, this paper typifles the transition of the private high school policy departments into three pattems. First pattem is the transition inside the governor department. Second pattem is the transition from govemor department to EOD･ The last pattem is the transition from EOD to govenor department. Then, five prefectures were used as case examples for comparison and analyzation.// Two points became clear after the analysis. First point is that the transition of the private high school policy department was taken into action in the context of organization reforms in the prefecture. Second point is that there were no differences in its operation whether the private high school policy was implemented by EOD or govenor department
