教育法現象の研究に関する一考察 : 「保護者の教育参加」における教育法意識研究の手がかりとして

This paper attempts to inquire the methodology for the Sociology of Law, in order to gain a method to study legal phenomenon in education. Before that, in this paper, an educational phenomenon has a close relation with law, and parents’ educational participation is also recognized to be a legal phenomenon of education in relations with educational law. It aims at analyzing parents’ consciousness (law-consciousness) and action in educational system, especially in a school where their children are attending, after this. Then, tried to build the theoretical structure, to confirm that a parents’ educational participation is a kind of educational system, and to research the parents’ legal-consciousness to educational participating system where they are concerned
