How happy are young economists in their jobs?

This paper investigates issues of job satisfaction and competencies among economists. For this purpose, we use a data set gathered in 2006 at the University of Seville. Ordered logit analysis is used to analyze the determinants of an economist’s overall satisfaction at work.
