地域社会が学校組織風土に及ぼす影響についての考察 : 学校・地域連携の現状と可能性(<小特集>学校改善と学校の個別性に関する研究)

This paper analyzes the relationship between school and local community by survey. This survey shows that a characteristic of local community didn't influence school organization climate directly. But the aciton of actors in local community influenced school organization climate. This is a evidence that school and local community interact. The results of the survey give suggestions about the possibility of the relationship between school and local community
