This document consists of the culmination of research carried out under the co-supervision of the University of Udine and the University Paris Ouest Nanterre La D\ue9fense, in accordance with the respective doctoral schools of Audiovisual Studies. The focal point of this research lays in the creation and analysis of the archives of Yves Kovacs. These developed at the Cin\ue9math\ue8que fran\ue7aise, paying particular attention to the critique and cin\ue9philie between the fifties and the sixties and of the individual responsible for this collection. Through theses archives, we have sought to deepen the question of the auteur, which structures the thinking process of a certain part of the French critique of the fifties, this being a cin\ue9phile formation phase for Kovacs. This thesis presents itself as the culmination, on one side, of an archiving effort in the strict sense of the word (physical and intellectual handling of the archive, from the inventory to the disposition of the archive), and on the other side, a study about Yves Kovacs at the time of his cin\ue9phile youth, shared between the specialized critique and the first collaborations on film and TV sets. In this way, the analysis of an archive moves to the level of the context of the origin, of the study of the man that constituted it and ultimately, for the same reasons that lead us to be interested in it. All of this in line with the idea that an archive is not only the place to find documents and information, but also a representation, in its very existence, a manifestation of different practices, ideas and needs of an era.L'elaborato costituisce l'esito di una ricerca svolta in co-tutela con l'Universit\ue0 degli Studi di Udine e l'Universit\ue9 Paris Ouest Nanterre La D\ue9fense, nell'ambito delle rispettive scuole dottorali di studi artistici e audiovisivi. Al centro della ricerca c'\ue8 la creazione e l'analisi dell'archivio Yves Kovacs, costituito in seno alla Cin\ue9math\ue8que fran\ue7aise, con particolare accento sull'attivit\ue0 da cinefilo e critico, tra anni Cinquanta e Sessanta, di colui che ha messo in piedi questo archivio. Per uno studio che vuole approfondire la questione dell'\u201cautore\u201d che stava alla base di una certa critica francese degli anni Cinquanta, periodo di formazione cinefila di Kovacs. Questa tesi si pone perci\uf2 come il risultato, da un lato, di un lavoro di archiviazione in senso stretto (trattamento fisico e intellettuale di un fondo archivistico, dal censimento fino alla messa a disposizione) e, dall'altro lato, di uno studio su Yves Kovacs all'epoca della sua giovent\uf9 cinefila, tra la critica specializzata e le prime collaborazioni sui set cinematografici e televisivi. In questo modo l'analisi di un fondo archivistico si sposta sul piano del contesto nel quale \ue8 stato costituito, sullo studio di colui che lo ha creato, sui motivi stessi che ci hanno portato a interessarcene. Tutto questo nell'idea che un archivio non sia solamente un luogo dove trovare documenti e informazioni, ma sia anche nella sua esistenza stessa un sintomo di diverse pratiche, idee e bisogni di un'epoca.Ce document constitue l'aboutissement d'une recherche effectu\ue9e en cotutelle avec l'Universit\ue9 d'Udine et l'Universit\ue9 Paris Ouest Nanterre La D\ue9fense, dans le cadre des respectives \ue9coles doctorales des \uc9tudes Audiovisuelles et des Arts du Spectacle. Le point central de cette recherche repose sur la cr\ue9ation et l'analyse des archives Yves Kovacs, constitu\ue9es au sein de la Cin\ue9math\ue8que fran\ue7aise, avec une attention particuli\ue8re sur l'activit\ue9 de critique et cin\ue9phile, entre les ann\ue9es Cinquante et Soixante, de celui qui est responsable de cette collection. A travers ces archives, nous avons cherch\ue9 \ue0 approfondir la question de l'auteur, qui structure la r\ue9flexion d'une certaine partie de la critique fran\ue7aise des ann\ue9es Cinquante, p\ue9riode de formation cin\ue9phile pour Kovacs. Cette th\ue8se se pr\ue9sente donc comme l'aboutissement, d'une part, d'un travail d'archivage au sens strict (traitement physique et intellectuel d'un fonds, du recensement jusqu'\ue0 la mise \ue0 disposition) et, d'autre part, d'une \ue9tude sur Yves Kovacs \ue0 l'\ue9poque de sa jeunesse cin\ue9phile, partag\ue9e entre la critique sp\ue9cialis\ue9e et les premi\ue8res collaborations sur les plateaux de cin\ue9ma et de t\ue9l\ue9vision. De cette fa\ue7on, l'analyse d'un fonds d'archives se d\ue9place au niveau du contexte d'origine, de l'\ue9tude de celui qui l'a constitu\ue9 et enfin des raisons m\ueame qui nous ont emmen\ue9 \ue0 nous y int\ue9resser. Tout cela suivant l'id\ue9e selon laquelle un fonds d'archives n'est pas seulement le lieu o\uf9 trouver des documents et des information, mais repr\ue9sente aussi, par son existence m\ueame, un sympt\uf4me de diff\ue9rentes pratiques, id\ue9es et besoins d'une \ue9poque
