Accordingly with a changing environment that the community of the twenty-first century is going to undertake, this research is committed to analyze the role of the library, even in the city, and is mainly focused on its potential form to deal with the future. In this kind of setting, questions that arise are related to new tasks and improved roles that will have a part in the completion of the bibliographic and architectural framework which belongs, as is known, to the complexity of life and knowledge.
