The goal of the project will be to estimate, for each patient at baseline CIS (Clinically Isolated Syndrome) presentation, the probability of converting to MS. For that purpose, classification techniques from the last advances in machine learning will be applied on data obtained from different MRI modalities as well as clinic-demographical data.
