We have measured the binding energy of four of the highest bound vibrational levels of the ground electronic states of the ^87Rb2 molecule with a precision better than 10 kHz. The measurements were carried out using stimulated Raman photoassociation in an ^87Rb Bose-Einstein condensate. We have carried out an analysis of these level energies that provides the Rb ground state atomic interaction parameters. Due to the unprecendented precision of these data, we obtained exceptionally strong constraints on these parameters. In combination with previous measurements of Feshbach resonances in ^85Rb carried out by the JILA group, we were also able to examine the isotopic dependence of the interactions at high levels of precision.
